I got some great memorable presents Daniel got me a journal that is in the style of a traveler's notebook

I guess it is called a “fauxdori” because it isn’t an official one or anything. But i still luv it. I can say i have used it to this day.

 

i like decorating the blank notebook inserts and putting them inside. I’ll have to blog about that in the future.

 

i went to work with daniel. We did that so that daniel wouldnt have to make an extra trip coming to get me.

Dinner: pizza really good pizza. 🍕🍕🍕

we ate at marcos! it is one of my favorite pizza places. the place did look kinda rundown though.

 

maybe they were remodeling? 🤔

On the road to aqua road 🐠🐟🐬

we then started the next part of my epic day: the trip to the aquarium! It was such a wonderful visit.

 

we came a few hours before they closed and went to all the exhibits.

 

my personal favorite was the exhibit with the manta ray and the whale shark. There used to be more whale sharks but they keep passing away.

 

i felt like a true artist because i was able to tune out the noise and simply draw. I couldnt draw the jellyfish because it was almost time to close, so i filmed them instead. 

 

they reopened the gift shop because there were girls having a sleepover at the aquarium. Can you imagine sleeping there? Now thats a party!

 

If you’re an artist, i encourage you to try drawing animals from life like this. It was really fun. ☺️
